Amazing Service... on a Friday night!
I woke up on Friday morning to no internet. I investigated to find my puppy had chewed through the fibre cable. So, I logged a call with Vumatel. I expected that I was in for a weekend of no internet.
At 7pm on Friday night, I got a call to say the technicians were at my gate. Really? 7pm on a Friday night? I couldn't believe this. But to my utter surprise, I was connected to internet by 7:30pm
