Am happy with how my query was resolved . After the bad experience I had during installation, I was ready to wait a month to get assisted. However, that was not the case. I logged a query on Friday where my router was no longer switching on. I called to check if my query was received, the agent confirmed. Got a call the next day to schedule an appointment with a tech. Indeed, the Tech arrived as per agreement. This was exceptionally service . Thank you so much .
