always no internet connection

Last month in March we didn't have internet connection since the 16th of March then finally on the 31st there was connection, we were then refunded, that was well and good then on the 2nd of April no connection again to date we don't have connection.

Vumatel has disappointed me to the core now they don't even reply to their Whatsapp group, Internet live chat or Twitter. I am so disappointed for the lack f empathy they have for their customers.
