All about the money, no regard for their clients
I am really disappointed in the service I received from your sales department.
Last week Thursday, I ordered an extra fibre line and spoke to one of your sales agents, Makhubo. He insisted I make the payment. He would then arrange to have maintenance put in a power cable as soon as I send him proof of payment. As soon as I did this he stopped responding to my messages and answering my calls. I spent all day yesterday trying to get through on your line, but could not. I had to make arrangements to be home on Friday, yesterday and today, which is ridiculous because a little communication would have made things so much more pleasant. This morning I finally got through on your line and a power cable has not even been logged. This tells me your sales people are just interested in making sales, whether they install your fibre line is of no concern to them, as long as the sale is made. Thats really a disgusting way of making business. I am however going to make it my personal duty to warn people about it. Its only fair that they know that Vumatel must first complete their services before making any payments to them. Shame on you.
He provided me with this number: +***6 Makhubo
Hope that you are well
