Agents who do know what they are doing

I have never experienced such terrible service, my wifi was disconnected on thr 21st. I made payment the same day then I got a sms with the new username and password. They were not working. Yesterday I was promised a call no called I was busy them the whole day. Then only now am told I paid into my address. A agent gave me the easy pay account number I have proof of that. I spoke to a agent called Ryan who was not helpful at all he didnt give me any solution.I have been asking them to change my cell it's still not changed. He kept telling me to cancel the old address my money is gone. I don't know how afro host has to do with Vuma this whole thing is a mess. No one follows up. They just don't care
