After 8 days of complaining no internet access. Don't use Vumatel
After my previous complaint on Hello Peter I still do not have connection. I wamt them to come and remove the installation. I will be going to different service provider. I am finish talking and complaining and Phoning and emailing these people. They don't give a damn. Do not use Vumatel it has been 8 days since the installation and I am done. They jump up and do what they were supposed to do 8 days ago. I wont be paying for anything. I will contact my bank amd stop all payments. Im done

As per our correspondence to you via email. Our technical team has re-configured your line and all is well now from our end, NNI is being learned and VLAN confirmed to be correct. The ISP needs to further test and make sure all configurations are correct from their end.
