Afrihost/Vumatel ??????????????? What is going on

Frustrated!

No Fibre internet since last week 08/12/22

Today 13/12/22 Still no Internet! 6 Days later?

I was adviced that Vumatel is the cause for no Internet and that the technicians are busy fixing the problem. Really day umber 6 and still not resolved.

Bad very Bad Afrihost, customer for 3 years and this is how we are treated.

I expect a phone call from Manager or Supervisor.
