Afrihost & Vumatel - you will regret it!

It has been more than a month of complaints to Afrihost regarding my vuma reach fibre that is not working as it should - a 40mbps line, but the highest download speed is 16mbps - most times, we cannot even get into apps.

Up and down, different individuals with different stories, & endless calls but still the problem is not solved.

When I mentioned cancelling, got a 'bit' of service & now that I've missed the 15ths mark, back to square one.

Everyone blames vumatel but should the ISP not make sure fixes actually happen.

As long as the payments are done, they are happy & in return the customer receives bad service.

So fed up!!! Frustrated to say the least!
