I have had undoubtedly the worst experience from a service provider of any kind in the short space of 2 weeks. Having purchased a new place I decided to continue on with the current internet provider and along with requesting a speed upgrade. It’s been two weeks of countless reach outs by me to them never once from them. Speed still has not been upgraded although I have received a bill for the upcoming month at the faster speed that I’m still yet to experience. I have left countless negative reviews on their portal when asked about my experience and no one has reached even to try and find out what is going on. The cherry on the cake was arriving home today to find my internet cut off of which when I then enquired I was told “oh this happens sometimes and there’s no explanation to why” I will be sure to advise anyone who is looking for an internet service provider to steer absolutely clear of this company. Cancelling this whole ordeal today
