Afrihost / Vuma Worst Ever

Good Day I have paid R529 for fiber from Afrihost and Vumatel , From day of activation till now the 6 January 2023 no internet connection. I have tried and tried with no luck to sort out this issue with Afrihost, but been given the run around the Fiber manager refuse to call me after numerous attempts to get him to call me , They wont refund my money because i have not received any services from Afrihost and Vumatel, someone help to get these people to sort out my internet or refund my money so i can get a other services provider
