Afrihost reaping people off

I signed up to get a sim without a router. 6 days down the line I'm billed and told to pay money for something sitting with the couriers, 6 DAYS later I been bouncing from one agent to another.Im told I cant cancel as there is an outstanding amount THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED all I get is apologize and a call has been logged no manager calls back regardless of calling in and leaving messages.This is the worst service to use worse than rain and ANC combined.
