Afrihost has the worst agents on their phones

I have been a afrihost client for years, which had the worst customer service ever. I have spoken to a number of agents who had given me no assistance, even a manager by the name of Njabulo who had promised me to call me back the following day, which months later still no contact, spoken to another agent last week and still no feedback. Spoke to another agent and promised alot and still nothing, it's been over 5 months and still nothing. They refer me to vuma support, vuma support assist and plotted my address. Afrihost then does not know what to do. Agents need to be up skilled. Who at afrihost can assist with a simple fiber connection. All my neighbors have afrihost vuma besides me what's so hard.
