Afrihost and vumatel suck

Afrihost and vuma can not assist a client for almost 2 years to cancel fibre line with immediate effect or move it to my new premises. Now I have to pay for a service I would not be able to use. I am going to move all my business from afrihost to another service provider end of July as afrihost is keeping my emails and website for another month as cancelation period.
