Afrihost and non-existent VUMATEL connection

We loved Afrihost but this seems to be coming to an end because they insist on using the most pathetic last mile fibre provider in the world i.e Vumatel. We have been without fibre for almost 3.5 days and counting and not as much as a peep from them. Meanwhile we are paying for non existent Service. I work from home and need to be online all day. This is past rediculous. This is a total ongoing problem. Not the first time. Not to mention the fact that we hardly EVER get the line speed we pay for. So sick and tired of this. Going to change to another ISP that uses a different Line Mile service provider other than Vumatel
