I oredered my fiber installation and my LTE router online successfully and made a payment on my fiber installation on the 18 of Sept 2020, I had no progress report from them, I spend almost an hour on the phone just to get info as to when I will reach my LTE device or my fiber installation and upuntil today no feedback or issue resolved they took my money and I'm left with no internet.
