Afrihost.

If you are planning to connect through Afrihost/Vuma I suggest you don’t. I have battled since the 1 January 2025 to get them to take my monthly payment it is now the 9th . I have spoke to I could not tell you how many people and no one knows what they are doing. I have been passed back and forth. Last night Afrihost debited the amount and this morning when I asked why am I not connected, they said I have to ask for a refund as it should not go to Afrihost, I responded and said if that’s the case why is Afrihost able to debit from my account if payment is not meant to go through them. well needless to say I absolutely lost it. Yet again I have been give a ticket number and passed to the next person. This is ridiculous to have to beg some one to take your money. Can anyone suggest a better internet provider for kzn?
