Active Service with no internet service for a month

I am very unhappy with Vumatel service ,web Africa has been sending them tickets to contact me on my end, poor services they don’t call you and expect web Africa to deal with their problem ,failed to repair/replace a unit , failed to deliver best internet services they provide. Whoever is reading this, I just cancelled their services today and the sad part is that they can only release the line on 1 January 2023, I only joined last month the 23th October 2022 for a month not having internet access, couldn’t connect to my smart tv , PlayStation ,tv box , tablet just to simply stream Dstv now couldn’t connect at all, they keep saying restart you’re device ,switch it back after 5mins , change password ,my kids for a month without internet to do homework, none of the methods worked . I would advise people to check reviews about Vumatel before joining the services because this is a robbing internet business.They deducted twice under my account for services that were not operating,very disappointed & I must wait 1month again without internet because they will be holding my line before it can be released .it doesn’t give me logic to bad service and being hold a line to be released whereas their services never had internet at all.
