Activation and Connection Issue.

I literally created this account just to mention how much of a bad ISP Vumatel is. I have been waiting for two weeks just to have my fiber activated. You have a better chance at having something shipped from around the world and receiving it in time then you do having Vumatel to just reply to your query/ticket.

If you're looking to get Vumatel as an ISP, I hope you have an insurmountable amount of patience because you will wait - for the literal basic of things.

Hello Peter needs to give an option that allows you give a business negative/zero stars because one star is way too much for Vumatel.
