Account being suspended after payment was made

I am honestly so frustrated I called monday to fix a problem and it happens again two days later without an explanation why does my account keep being suspended when I HAVE ALREADY PAID AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SORT IT OUT MONDAY is this gonna be a usual problem now ?
