Accelerit and image fiber connection is pathetic and does not give service to its customers

Vumatel with accelerit has the worst service. I pay for fiber connection to my home and I have had 6 mo tha of continuous connection issues. I have logged more than 8 tickets to get the issue resolved and have still not gotten any assistance in getting this sorted. I open trouble tickets and they get closed without resolution. I escalate to the tech manager and I dont get responses only to have the ticket closed without resolution. They escalate to Vumatel and the agent Malikana Makathu closes the ticket without trying to fix the issue . I have tried to stop paying for a service I do t get and they keep debating my account. They have no back bone. These conoqnys have no empathy and they dont care if you loose your job due to their internet issue. This is totally pathetic and unacceptable. No One Should have to go through this type of service
