Absolutely useless

Our internet has been off for nearly a week with no communication that the outage would last that long. They also seem to have no intention of fixing the issue, opting to wait for it to resolve itself instead.

They don't even have a contact number on their website, so you have to reach out on Twitter. Poor communication, no commitment to resolving customer issues.
