Absolutely Useless

Absolutely Useless. My internet down since Saturday. I couldn’t log a ticket with my ISP Home Connect cause their operating time is 8am to 2pm on weekends. Sunday morning I spent over 2 hours on WhatsApp with an agent who couldn’t assist me. Monday morning I finally spoke to an agent over the phone who told Vumatel will send a technician out. I am still waiting. I understand why Vumatel is rated so low they are absolutely useless.
