Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced – MetroFibre & Vumatel

I cannot express enough how disappointed, angry, and frustrated I am with MetroFibre and Vumatel. These companies are extremely slow, completely unhelpful, and by far the most *********** service providers I have ever had to deal with.

All I needed was a simple change of address. I notified them a full month in advance, providing all the details of my new address and the exact date of my move. Yet here I am — not just days, but an entire work week later — and my internet is still not working.

Every step of the way has been a nightmare:

Emails go unanswered.

Promises are made but never kept.

No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism whatsoever.

I rely on my internet connection daily, and this careless, slow, and unresponsive service has cost me valuable time, money, and peace of mind.

Frankly, it is beyond unacceptable. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Customers deserve better than this absolute circus of incompetence.

Avoid MetroFibre and Vumatel at all costs unless you enjoy endless frustration and zero support.
