ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give a zero rating I would. I have been without / unstable internet since the 8th of January Ticket has been raise, yet no communication. I've been in contact with afrihost & vuma multiple times during this period yet received no resolution, their only response is they still busy with the so called 'outage' that has come and gone. I've checked with other users in my area and yet noone else is experiencing the same issues after the 'outage' was resolved. When you tell them this has caused you to loose THOUSANDS OF RANDS due to lost hours at work, they tell you they don't compensate for outages, yet it isn't your fault either and you're paying for a service you can't even make use of

Absolute waste of time

You can't even switch to another provider as it is coverages by vuma as well
