Absolutely Terrible Reliability and Pathetic Customer Service

My fibre connection has been down 3 times this month for an average duration of 2 days 1. Vumatel doesnt notify their customers 2. I held 13 minutes before a human spoke to me in the call centre 3. On all occassions they could not give me an ETA 4. I was promised a credit on my account for the previous months outages
