Absolutely ridiculous service (non-existent actually)

5 days and counting without fibre. Been in contact with Vumatel daily and always get the same reply, "a technician has been appointed to attend to the fault" yet nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Beyond ridiculous service. Judging by the number of complaints on this site this is the norm. Do yourself a favor and avoid Vumatel at all cost, just go search for the negative reviews, it tells the story.
