ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I have been trying for three weeks now to get fiber installed by vumatel through mweb, the backside does not know what the elbow is doing in Vumatel and for that matter in MWEB as well. they do not return calls, they do not respond to mails, they do not send mails even after committing to sending them. the stories in the scheduling department changes day to day. I am basically begging this company to take my money and the are totally ***********.
