ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! IM DISGUSTED

I had fibre installed at my previous address, I was given a run around and finally managed to cancel it and take out a new line for my new home.. I was told the old line was cancelled. But every month I still got debited for it.. I was debited 3 times for my old address and still debited for my new address. No body wants to help me or put me through to management
