Absolutely pathetic service Afrihost & Vumatel

I logged a ticket through my ISP 2 days ago, keep getting the same feedback that Vumatel is investigating after I informed them that a technician needs to be dispatched to my residence and the issue cannot be resolved remotely. Still waiting for an actual update.

Called Vumatel directly and was told I need to wait for feedback from my ISP who is waiting for feedback from them.

2 days later and still in the same position I was when I logged the initial ticket.

Absolutely pathetic
