Absolutely disappointed with the level of service I received, somebody tried to call me unfortunately I missed the call but immediately tried to return it

Absolutely disappointed with the level of service I received, somebody tried to call me unfortunately I missed the call but immediately tried to return it. I was on hold for over 10 minutes only for the lady who answered to drop the call. I subsequently dialed again and was on hold until I got tired of waiting and dropped call. I don't know if there is any effective communication between Webafrica and Vumatel because I'm struggling to get an installation for 2 week's.
