Absolutely Disappointed
Absolutely most unreliable service provide, not customer care option to help. There is no sense that the company care about there customer unless they looking for money. Only then will they contact you and ask why you don't pay them but you can't call them and ask why your service is absolutely garbage.
I'm been using this service provider for a long time and if it wasn't the only option in my area I wouldn't use to. I recommend no one to use this service provide.

Contacting the ISP which you speak of does not help their customer by email nor does their WhatsApp platform have any form of reliability to it.
I have done everything as customer can to try to get assist from ISP and the Vuma Team that I still don't feel that the company actually values their customers.

Your ISP should be your first point of contact to troubleshoot your internet connectivity issue. The details provided are the details we have for customers to reach out to flycool. We are an FNO (Fibre Network Owner), and our primary role is to provide and maintain the fibre infrastructure.
We have requested our maintenance team to intervene and check the line.
Kind regards
The Vuma Team
