Absolutely appauling service from Vumatel

<p>I am absolutely appauled with the service from Vumatel. They are actually a terrible company to deal with. To coming to your house for 5 minutes, without any explanation pack up and leave. Call the necessary people to no avail. No customer service was given to me on why they left and no follow up was given. Even though i called around 6 times in total. Now once they have succesfully installed the line and promised delivery of the line once it installation is complete i still am unsure why the connection is not completed. They installed my line on Saturday and it is now Monday afternoon. I called technical support three times with no help(spoke to one person all three times, then when the call cut he didnt bother to call back). I have tried to call the head of installation three times without any answer. It is actually sickening to work with a two bit company like this. They promise the world when they trying to sell it but give back disgraceful customer service.</p>
