ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

Absolute Garbage Service - My fibre has been down since Friday the 28th February - cannot get through on their telephone line and the emails I am still awaiting a response. Additionally my internet provider has confirmed that this Vumatel has reported no outage in my location since Friday

I am beyond livid with Vumatel's disregard and overall incompetence. Their lack of communication for one is just outrageous - would never recommend them to provide any service to anyone in any area
