ABSOLUTE WORST

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely disgusted by Vumatel, their service and how they handle problems as well as their "trusted" clients. They rarely reply on their whatsapp. Emails take hours for any sort of response which they also fail to properly read and understand what the problem is and what kind of help you need. On hold for literal hours at times just to get through to someone to be little to no help at all. I am baffled. Cannot believe they still actually run a business and have people supporting them!
