Absolute ******* Service

I am utterly disgusted with the service from Vumatel. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. i had an installation done on Thursday at 08:30am (which that too was late, the installers rocked up 2 hours later than i planned for, but that's not the point at hand) once the installation was completed they said that another technician would definitely still come that same day and connect my line. 2 days and maybe 10 phone calls to a useless call center that keeps you on hold for minimum 30-45 minutes later and i still have not had my line connected. i've been promised and led around in circles, tickets been opened with no updates or feedback on them, and now been told that they cannot provide me with any information and i just have to wait until next week and "HOPEFULLY"..... I quote, "HOPEFULLY" someone will come and connect my line. Well thank you for the absolute ******* service Vumatel, maybe when it comes time for payment... "HOPEFULLY" I'll pay you. if i had known this is the service that was awaiting me, i would never have signed up with you bunch, And i will not recommend you idiots to anyone.
