Absolute no service

I have been trying to get my installation activated for 11 days already and consistently call vumatel and either never get through, or request a call back and never get called back. After days of going between cool ideas,vox and vumatel. Cool ideas have provided me with a order number, the circuit release request was done a week ago. Can someone please urgently contact me to get this line configuration expedited? Its ridiculous that in 2024 a service provider does not even have a way of customers getting any answers. I have even gone so far as to comment on every facebook post they have and inboxed with no help.
