Absolute low point in client service!

RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL!

Support was rude and told us to hold the line, while chewing something loudly on the call - knowing they are wasting our time and we will give up. We hung up after 15minutes of waiting. This is a new low point for client service. People pray for jobs and this is how they appreciate it?

The fibre line was installed a week ago and still no activation. After calling different ISPs to ask for advise, we were told that since the merging with Salesforce, Vumatel has been useless.
