Vumatel is ****!!!

I've been without fibre close to a month. They keep claiming they call me on the number provided to Vodacom but I never receive any calls. They refuse to come out and fix the freaking issue which is LOS and no signal coming through to my home instead they send me PPPOE settings. What the actual heck???? They keep stringing you along to the weekend and try their utmost best to the leats amount of work and troubleshooting as possible. Vumatel needs to wake the **** up!!!
