Abosultely useless, and unwilling or incapable of helping customers.

I am having an impossible time trying to get Vumatel to understand my problem but nobody there seems to care or even try and help. I need to change service providers, who have also been trying to assist, but due to technical issues apparently on Vumatel's side, they are unable to. I have been on the phone for hours to your call centres to no avail. Nobody wants to help, or even put me through to someone who can help. Emails have been sent by the ISP to Vumatel, who have failed to action or respond to the mails. Either this matter sorts out today, or come and fetch your stuff, and I will go the LTE route.
