Abominable Service

<p>We have been waiting since July for Vuma to finish their installation into our house. They finally rocked up 45 minutes early for their appointment last Wednesday. They spent 30 minutes running cable and then said they were finished. But yet nothing works. Still after all this time, nothing works. I dont understand how a business can operate like this?</p> <p>Everyone I spoken to gives me a different story. On Saturday I got a phone call from them saying there was a tech on his way to my house, would I be home. I said yes. Its now Monday and he still hasnt pitched up. I phoned to ask them what happend today, the call center agent said there would be a tech sent out tomorrow, I asked what time? he rep**** he will only know when he is there tomorrow. So I said how can I be expected to accomodate this when I myself have a job to maintain other than chasing after vumatel about their poor service delivery. He said no, the tech will phone me and let me know tomorrow once he has arrived. Incompatence that I am not surpised by, from Vuma anymore. I have lost all hope in this company! </p>
