Im still waiting for Vumatel to install the OTN device. Pro rata has been paid a week ago but no installation took place and that was the reason for us still not having WI-Fi.

Its 13 June and no one has contacted me to do this
So call has been logged for installation
You said that you would have done it again earliers this week but how could you do this if a call has already been logged YET no one has contacted me.
Can a technician call me to schedule the installation.
I require an ONT box installion.

There is a line fault now after the ONT has been installed.
