A Lack of Service from Vumatel

I paid Afrihost 2 weeks ago for fibre installation. They told me to give Vumatel a week to install. I was told that Vumatel would phone me but I indicated that I am in meetings all day so can't pick up calls but requested a number for me to call Vumatel directly or to receive an email on installation date but I have not heard back from them. I have been told continuously over the past 5 days that my message has been escalated to Vumatel or Vumatel themselves responds to my Twitter DM that it's been escalated to the Installation Manager, nothing is however converting to me getting installation!
