9 days without internet

Since from the 22nd of December we logged a case with Vumatel in Durban Umhlanga sunningdale after the ONT cable broke inside the house,till this day they never came to fix,the case have been escalated 3 times still no response we are without internet. Last time they took more than 2 weeks to come for installation,this is very bad....
