72 hours and counting still no internet connection

I had my fibre installed on the 7th May 2020 at 17h00 after I was promised the installation team would arrive at 14h30, I was promised that my fibre would be up and running in 48 hours, that has come and gone and I find myself 7 days into my journey with Vumatel R400 less and still no internet connection. this is very poor service and the response I have gotten from the twitter team is very disappointing,
