How do I give 0 stars? Almost 3 months with 7 different fault issues logged for the same concern, no resolution offered and all of the tickets are being closed on your side. We need someone from Vumatel to rectify the speed issue. We have been paying for a service that we are not receiving and Webafrica will not credit us until Vumatel has resolved this. We need the ONT box that you supp**** us with changed asap because it doesn't handle the 1GB line.
