***7 Ticket Number , Extremely disappointed with the way in which Vumatel is handling my matter.

i have been struggling with my WIFI for two weeks, my service provider is Web Africa.

By Saturday my WIFI was completely dead, the read light los signal reflected. i could only log a call Monday morning, my issue was escalated on Monday, today is Thursday i called Vuma three times, i was told my matter is escalated to date no feedback, no call, without WIFI.

I work from home spent R2000 on data to date.

I advised this is a real inconvenience, i was told SLA, now everyone is concerned that the technical team didn't call me yet.

Please fix my problem
