6 weeks for a wall box installation. WORST SERVICE EVER!

He have been waiting for more then 6 weeks to have a grey wall box installed for our fiber. Constant communication and no action from Vumatel or it's suppliers. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Fist they get our order wrong which takes weeks to fix. Being transferred from one person to the next. Then they tell us there is no fiber in our area, which was incorrect as this was confirmed before the order was placed. Then they tell us that they made another error and it will be fixed. STILL NOTHING.

When they finally get a technician out they tell us we don't have a wall box and this needs to be done first. Another week. Request after request and NOTHING!.

Can someone please respond and get this resolved!
