6 months and still waiting for installation from Vumatel

I app**** to have Fibre fitted to my house in Dec 2019. An installation crew came out to assess and said they can install the Fibre. In Feb after renovations were done I requested installation and was then told there was a problem and that the pavement would need to be opened to installed. After several attempts with my ISP and calling the Vumatel Call Centre no feedback and it is now mid July 2020.
