6 month old issues unresolved

No response After 3 days of no working internet service after escalation and no response, tickets within Afrihost have been escalated and there is no feedback from Vuma for repairs and configuration of our fiber line. Another issue request started 6 months ago and still has not been resolved, line is capped at 100mbs whilst on a 200mbs package with Afrihost, tests were done and issue lay with the Fiber line or exchange 3 tickets over a space of 6 months for the same request for the fiber line to be opened up to a 200mbs speed, no response or resolve.
