We reported a fault in our fibre line yesterday (Saturday) evening. On Sunday morning - although the weather in Durban was bad - two technicians (Prakash and Lindo) from Vuma Britelink arrived, quickly located the fault and, despite working under difficult conditions, persisted until they fixed the line. Not only that. Now we have faster internet than before!
